How to use essential oils:
COOKING – CONFECTIONERY
Face – Body Massage
Choose an organic base vegetable oil (Almond Oil, Jojoba, Argan, Macadamia…). Add 1-2 drops of essential oil per 10ml of vegetable oil
and massage on face and / or body.
Apply lightly with a few drops of the mixture inside the nuts and the solar plexus.
You can also add a few drops of essential oil to your moisturizer or your daily care cream.
Inhalations
Add 2-5 drops of essential oil to a container of hot water and inhale. This method is ideal for respiratory problems.
